Leftovers: Day 1
Heat up some salsa verde mixed with some smoked chipotle salsa until warm.
Add chunks of turkey and stir until heated through.
Top with a poached egg.
Grate over some cheddar cheese.
Serve with Toast and Tea.

You made me think fondly of Thanksgiving's past - my
x-father-in-law always requested cherry pie at Thanksgiving. I suddenly crave pecan pie in November and my parents wouldn't consider the holiday without a mince and pumpkin, as much a part of the dinner as the turkey and cranberry. Gorgeous, Jo - nicely done.
