Jasmine rice infused with coconut milk, galangal, kaffir lime leaves and lemon grass - served with fresh coriander, thai basil and edible orchids

Your Malay rice (coconut milk rice or we call Nasi Lemak) looks so invitingly delicious. Back in Malaysia we eat Nasi Lemak for breakfast They used to wrap nasi lemak with banana leaves. Scoop the hot rice into a tea cup, press the rice. Turn the cup over on the banana leaves and add a slice of cucumber, sambal tumis (dried anchovies cooked with hot chilly gravy) and you are all set until lunch.
