Chilli Rellenos Casserole or killer Stuffed poblano casserole. A study in photos.

Roasted and peeled

The Spicy tomato sauce drizzled with crema

Poaching liquid with annato, chipotle en adobo, chix stock cumin, bay

The shredded chicken tossed with fire roasted corn ,parm, goat cheese and a little jack.

Stuffed.

Cover in more tomato sauce, poblano cream sauce, sprinkle jack and parm and bake.
