The view from inside the blizzard

Before I brave getting dressed and attempting to at least shovel the walkway from my door to the driveway I thought I would show you a few views from the nice and toasty inside looking out at the snow.

This is what the pooper sees when I open the back door
The view looking back at the garage from the kitchen table
I don't think the birdbath will be getting much use today
Can you see all the birds hiding in the trees
At least I fed them all yesterday, note how high it is on the garden gate.

Now, I'm off to try and shovel.  Husband, please come home, you are so NEVER allowed to leave the country without me again.  More photos later.

Jo-
I was thinkin' about you. It's rock bottom to be stuck home alone in a blizzard, but good to know you're safe and warm.

Looks like lovely snow for if you're well-stocked with food, you've got a good heating system, and you don't have to go anywhere! The photos remind me of winters from my childhood. I was a lot smaller then, of course!
