Due to a lovely dance with everyone's favourite wintertime partner Mr. Norovirus I have been subsisting on a diet of Iggy's Francese toasted with Plugra, lightly salted, since oh about Sunday.
I'm slowly coming back to the world of food and may actually introduce something else by tonight, we'll see.
In the meantime, while I gently recuperate and regain my desire to smell, cook, taste and write about food again I would love it if you, yes you, I'm pointing, would be so kind as to delurk in honour of National Delurking Week.
See down there, under these words where it says Comments (0)...just press that little button and say hello. Come on, I'd love to know a few faces behind the numbers my site stats counter says are visiting here. Come on, just say hi I promise to be kind, and besides, I can't pass you my germs from here.
Since you asked for delurking... I was googling for a stuffed pork tenderloin recipe and found your lovely site. Your recipe looks delish and I'm thinking of preparing it for a dinner I'm hosting on Saturday night.

I know what you mean about not getting back on your feet and even wanting to think about food. Across the river over here in Hah-VAHD Square, we are just beginning to think about food again. Hope you feel better soon.

As a culinary student I have decided I need to look at a few more food blogs than I do. Living in the Detroit Area, we don't get much culinary excitement, unless of course I create my own...Nice site by the way.

Delurking. Been reading your prose on food for a while now and have you linked to my food blog over at livejournal. Your latest post on pork had me drooling. We have similar feelings about local food, so I get a burst of satisfaction whenever I see you waxing poetic about home harvests and locally acquired yums.
Thanks for taking the time to share what you do.

I'm not just a regular reader, I'm a neighbor! Love to read about your classes at a certain children's cooking school around the corner from our house. My kids are too OLD for the school (14) so I live vicariously thru your posts.

Hi! Delurking. Both reader and neighbor (Porter Square). Loved the pork piece - I buy Tamworth pigs from a farmer near the Quabbin, and that meat is so very, very good.

Delurking - sorry you're sick! Hubby had the stomach thing and I've got a cold, so we're living on chicken noodle soup made with broken up Ezekiel linguine. Feel better soon.
BTW, have you used any Ezekiel 4:9 products? We just discovered the sprouted grain line and love it, especially the english muffins.

Since you asked, I'm delurking. :) I really enjoy reading your blog entries. Keep up the great work! Am living on the West Coast now, but spent close to 10 years in Boston and its suburbs.

Ok, you caught me. I googled food blogs the other day, and added you as a google home page url. Love your post, love your recipes, love your thoughts on food. I want to be (though taller, fatter, and more, well, male) you
